How to request deletion
- Recommended: in the game open Settings → Privacy & Account → Request account deletion. The signed-in game creates a one-time token valid for 48 hours and prepares an email containing your Player ID, request ID and token.
- Send that prepared email before the token expires. The server stores only a SHA-256 hash of the token in protected Cloud Save; it cannot be used to request deletion of another Player ID.
- If you no longer have the app, use the red button above. Include your Unity Player ID if known or your exact Google Play Games display name. We will perform reasonable alternative verification before deleting anything.
You can also email tivaroid.studio@gmail.com with the subject Hangman: Rivals — account deletion request.
Never send us your Google password, authentication token, two-factor code, recovery code, payment details or identity document. An email alone never automatically deletes an account.
What will be deleted
- Hangman: Rivals Unity Authentication identity;
- cloud progress, statistics and game preferences connected to that identity;
- friend relationships, invitations and presence data under our control;
- Rivals Arena challenge mailbox and multiplayer state under our control;
- identifiable leaderboard scores and profile metadata under our control.
Deletion is permanent. It cannot restore points, friends, ranking positions or cloud progress. Your Google account and Google Play Games account are not deleted; only their connection to Hangman: Rivals is removed.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained only where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, resolving an active dispute, enforcing legal rights or complying with law. Backup and provider systems can require additional processing time before data disappears completely. Retained information will not be used to continue ordinary gameplay or advertising.

- Jeżeli nie masz już aplikacji, użyj czerwonego przycisku i podaj Player ID albo dokładną nazwę Google Play Games. Przed usunięciem przeprowadzimy alternatywną weryfikację.
Nigdy nie wysyłaj hasła Google, kodu 2FA, tokenu logowania, kodu odzyskiwania, danych płatniczych ani dokumentu tożsamości. Sam e-mail nie usuwa konta automatycznie.
Po weryfikacji trwale usuniemy konto Hangman: Rivals, zapis w chmurze, powiązane relacje znajomych, wyzwania oraz identyfikowalne wpisy rankingowe znajdujące się pod naszą kontrolą. Nie usuwamy całego konta Google ani Google Play Games.
